1. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date  ·  The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered  ·  All original tags are still attached  ·  The item is in its original packaging, in the same condition as received  ·  Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Items marked as final sale

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items returned without original tags or packaging

Gift cards or store credit vouchers

Items returned after the 7-day window

3. How to initiate a return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at [your email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or further instructions.

Once approved, securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our team.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange outcome.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. In such cases, Al Haaj Couture will cover the return shipping fee in full. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and mention your preferred replacement item. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference will need to be paid before dispatch. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

7. Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at @alhaajcoutureofficial with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
